Cancellation Policies
If a traveller cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 20% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
 If a traveller cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund
The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
 The amount will be refunded approximately within 15 business days.

Payment Terms & Methods
You can pay by using various payment mode by Credit Card, Debit Card,UPI Payment
50% Advance Percentage of total booking. Balance 50% you can pay while journey.
Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Terms & Conditions
One day means one calendar day 12 midnight to 12 midnight
Hotel standard check in time is 12 PM and check out time is 11 AM
Below 7 years child will be complimentary and above 7 years child will
be counted in adult it’s on chargeable.
Km and Hours will be calculated from garage to garage
If driver drives the vehicle between 9 PM to 6 AM in that case Night
Charges will be Applicable of Rs. 300
